Being able to stay healthy in later life is a crucial issue for all of us. We are improving care and supporting older people to look after their own health. Sometimes older people in the community can become isolated and so it is important for others to be aware of how to recognise when someone may need support and take action to help them. The Community Meals Service is run by independent, local charitable organisations and is for people who need help to make sure they regularly have nutritious cooked meals.
You can book for a few weeks or sign up for as long as you want, it's up to you.
