#StayAlive - For all age groups
The Stay Alive app, developed by Grassroots Suicide Prevention, is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.

FearTools 13+
A free app designed to help people manage anxiety. It includes CBT-based tools, a thought diary, guided breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and information to help you understand and cope with anxiety in everyday life.
Calm Harm 13+
Calm Harm is a free* app that helps you manage or resist the urge to self-harm.


Chill Panda 9+
Play your way to a calmer day. Family friendly relaxation, breathing exercise and activity app. Only available on Iphone.

DistrACT 16+
Trusted information for people who self-harm or feel suicidal. The distrACT app provides easy, quick and discreet access to general health information, self-help tips and links to support and trusted resources for those who self-harm or feel suicidal - and those supporting them.

My Possible Self 13+
Toolkits available to improve your mind. Teaming up with The Priory, world leaders in mental health, they have created interactive tools and coping strategies, using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), customised for digital use. Charges apply for full access.

Calm 13+
Calm is for anyone, whether you’re brand new to meditation or a seasoned expert. It’s also for anyone who needs a mental break, a soothing sound, or a peaceful night’s rest. Guided meditations are available in lengths of 3 to 25 minutes, so you can choose the perfect length to fit your schedule. Charges apply.

Clear Fear 11 - 19 years
Clear Fear provides you with a range of ways to manage anxiety. Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm fear responses. It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways in which anxiety shows, resources and a grit box to boost resilience

GRO Health - All age groups
GRO provides personalised health programs and expert coaching to help you manage and improve your health. Charges apply.

Cerina 18+
Cerina is a mental wellbeing app that provides personalised support to help you manage anxiety, stress and everyday worries. It includes mood tracking, CBT-based exercises, self-assessment tools, breathing exercises, helpful resources and an AI wellbeing assistant to support your mental health journey. Eating Disorder Support App 16+
A free app designed to support people affected by eating disorders. It offers practical tools, self-help resources, meal support, coping strategies and wellbeing advice to help you manage recovery, alongside guidance on when and where to seek additional support.


Equoo 12+
A free mental wellbeing app that uses interactive stories and games to help you build emotional resilience, improve confidence and develop practical life skills. It teaches evidence-based psychological techniques in a fun and engaging way to support your mental wellbeing.

Insight Timer
A meditation and mindfulness app offering thousands of guided meditations, sleep music, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep and support your overall mental wellbeing.

Fabulous
A habit-building app that helps you create healthy routines and lasting positive habits through step-by-step guidance and motivation. While many features are free to use, some, including personalised coaching, require a paid subscription.
